Aesthetics and Performance
The JMD Louvres 50 series provides a perfect blend of natural ventilation and safety. Its smart and sophisticated design allows for a smooth integration to the architecture.
Fitted with a tubular frame, the JMD Louvers ensure a good seal of wide bays. This opening system can be manoeuvred by a handgrip, a winch or by an electric motor of 24v or 220v.
For more privacy, the glass louvers can be patterned or replaced by aluminium infill. These louvers also have a bug deflector option, ideal for summer.

Product Concept

The adjustable pitch blades allow modulating ventilation while ensuring your safety. With a frame of 50 mm, louvers of the JMD line suits perfectly to series of sliding and strikes of the same range. To link the multiple louvers sideways, profiles and linking adaptation are available. Beyond a certain height of framing, it is possible to integrate manual or motorized opening mechanism.
JMD louvers have bug deflectors option by a simple clipping on the frame.

Glazing

6 and 7 mm, creating portfolio. Possibility of using Alu blades.

Lock

There are two systems of locking which are provided: manually or motorized. The manual option allows 3 operating position: closed 45 º and 80 º. An adjustable coach gives the possibility to perfectly adjust the blades during assemble.

Assembly

The frames as well as the rods can be pre-drilled. The machining is minimized: only the drainage, the assembly of profiles and the building up mechanism are due to be performed.

Standards and Warranty

Surface treatment profiles produced using powder coating polyester powder following the ADAL guidelines. Thus, obtaining the QUALICOAT , QUALICOAT SEASIDE labels and QUALIMARINE guaranteeing a minimum thickness of 60 microns.

The Qualicoat label is monitored closely by the Association for the Development of Anodized or powder coated Aluminium (ADAL). We do not bargain when it comes to powder coating quality.

Before the powder coating process, the surface of the aluminium profile requires a specific preparation. All impurities are removed from the profiles. Only profiles which have undergone the whole required process are certified Qualimarine.

L’étiquette Qualicoat est étroitement contrôlée par ADAL (Association pour le Développement de l’Aluminium Anodisé ou Laqué). Pas de négociation en matière de qualité !

Avant le procédé de revêtement, la surface des profilés d’aluminium nécessite une préparation spécifique. Les profilés sont nettoyés de toutes impuretés. Seulement lorsque ce processus est terminé que le produit est certifié Qualimarine.

Afin de contribuer à préserver l’environnement, nous avons mis en place notre propre système de traitement des eaux résiduaires. 100% recyclable, l’aluminium est respectueux de la nature et tous nos produits sont écocertifiés.
